Once you have your tracking number please follow the instructions at our Track Order page.

The registered postal service provides a refund from the Postal Authorities in case the package gets lost.

EMS COURIER SHIPPING

We also offer fast shipping with EMS worldwide door to door courier.

The cost for international orders varies between 22$ and 35$ depending on the location and 7$ for domestic.

Being based in Zanzibar lets us use the ferry services to deliver products to Dar Es Salaam within a few hours after shipping.

Please allow time for production if you you are not buying a ready made item.
